Offshore Power Yacht Skipper

The ISSA offshore Power Yahct Skipper course is an advanced certification program designed for experienced skippers who wish to develop the skills and confidence to command a power yacht on offshore passages. During the course, students acquire both the theoretical knowledge and practical skills required to skipper power yachts of up to 24 metres in length, by day and night, and up to 120 nautical miles offshore, including in heavy weather conditions.

Upon successful completion of the course and assessment, participants will be qualified to operate within these operational limits and are eligible to progress to the ISSA Master of Power Yacht course.
